SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Berenice delivers all his products from France to the rest of the world. Products are shipped to the address given by the customer through website registration (No PO box accepted). If the address is invalid, the berenice company would not be responsible. Berenice.net undertakes to deliver the Customer within 2 to 5 working in France under regular conditions and 5 to 12 working during sales and private sales after confirmation of the order. In case of delay in delivery of more than 20 working days, and if the product has not been shipped, the customer may cancelled the order by registered letter with recorded delivery and request a refund of the order. If the item has been shipped before the receipt of the cancellation for delay, berenice.net will refund the item and shipping when the complete order is returned to our company in its original condition and with all tags. Berenice.net undertakes to inform the Customer of the evolution of the process the order. The Customer will be informed through their account on the site. Berenice.net cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the occurrence of “force majeure” events as well as strikes.
Berenice.net is committed to provide tracking number to the customer .In case of delivery problems, the customer shall contact the Customer Service E-shop at the following number 01 57 14 73 03 and report him tracking number. In case of error in the address of the Customer Berenice.net can not be held responsible for failure to deliver the item ordered.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Berenice.net in each product profil. The Client is fully aware that images , photos and colors of the items offered for sale may not exactly match the actual colors under the effect of the Internet browser and screen used . The customer, if not satisfied, has a period of fifteen days from the date of shipment to return it and get a refund. This period includes the legal withdrawal period of seven days provided for in Articles L121 -20 and following of the Consumer Code.
The item must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the return form (click here for your good return) available on Berenice.net at the address indicated on the right return. This good return applies only to purchases made on the www.berenice.net site, any return product will not be considered. In the absence of correct return condition berenice.net cannot make the refund of the returned items. Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled can not be returned or refunded. The returned item will be refunded to the Client within a maximum of thirty days from its receipt date.
Reimbursement will be made by a credit amount to the bank account or paypal account Items returned are at customer expenses. In any case, any item purchased on the Site may not be exchanged or returned to stores or corners. Upon receiving the package, if the customer believes that the packaging shows signs of deterioration, it has the opportunity to refuse the package, it will be returned directly to our logistics center.

Berenice gives greater attention to the quality of its products. If, however , despite all the quality controls carried out , defects are noted , we invite the customer to mention this problem in order to receive a new item or a refund . Please follow the return procedure and the reason for return. If a defect on our part, you will be able to re-order your item (subject to availability) or your money back. In this case, return costs are currently at our expense.
