If you have placed an order on our website, the return will be made by post. Our shops will not take back items purchased on the web.
It is not possible to be delivered to the shop at the moment, but we are working on implementing this system.
In normal circumstances, the preparation time is 2 to 3 days. In periods of commercial promotions, this period can be extended to 7 days. Delivery is made within 24 to 48 hours with Chronopost. In view of the health crisis, some packages may take longer to arrive.
After receiving the package in our warehouse, please allow 15 working days for your return to be processed. We will inform you by email as soon as your refund is processed.
