Step 1: Take your measurements
1 - Chest size
Take a tape measure, put it horizontally and measure around your chest at the strongest point.
2 - Waist circumference
Place the tape measure horizontally at the hollow of your waist.
3 - Pelvic circumference
Place the tape measure horizontally around your pelvis and buttocks at the strongest point.
