CHRONOPOST DELIVERY - INTERNATIONAL
Shipping costs are at the expense of the recipient and customs duties and import taxes will additionally apply to your order ad can be applied according to the country of destination. Your order is usually shipped within 3 working days. Depending on the customs clearance facilities, your package can be delivered 7 to 10 days after the date of your order.
Special periods (outlet, private sales or sales) may extend the preparation time up to 7 days. Delivery is made in 24 to 72 hours with chronopost for France. Longer delivery times are to be expected for international deliveries. If the parcel is returned to the sender, we will proceed to a refund. No modification of the order on the articles is possible after having placed it.
It is not possible to change the delivery address or cancel your order, once it has been placed.
CHRONOPOST DELIVERY - UK
Due to the new laws relating to the BREXIT, customs duties and import taxes will additionally apply to your order.
These charges are dependent on external organisations and you will be asked to pay them, with a link, once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS FRANCE
During archives, our return costs are €5. They will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
For orders from the new collection, returns are free.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returns from abroad are at your expense. A paper form will be sent to you with your order, you will have to fill it out and return your package to the address indicated.

Trade-in conditions
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it in whole or in part within 20 days. After this period, your return will not be accepted on our site. Exchanges are no longer possible, we invite you to return your item for cash on delivery and then reorder. Items purchased on our e-shop cannot be returned in store. Items must be returned in their original condition, with the label and plastic seal.
